1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apis Dynamics website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apis Dynamics LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website and manufacturing services.

2. Services Description

Apis Dynamics provides custom manufacturing services including but not limited to:

• Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing
• Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing
• CNC machining services
• Prototype development
• Production manufacturing

3. Quotes and Orders

3.1 Quote Validity

All quotes provided through our online quote tool or via direct communication are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on design review, material availability, and manufacturing complexity.

3.2 Order Acceptance

Submission of a quote request or order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Orders are considered accepted only upon written confirmation from Apis Dynamics.

3.3 Design Files

You are responsible for ensuring that all design files (STL, STEP, etc.) submitted are accurate and manufacturable. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete design files.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order confirmation unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers for orders over $1,000.

4.2 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added where required by law. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes for international shipments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Lead times are estimates and begin after order confirmation and payment. While we strive to meet all delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failures, or shipping carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.

6. Quality and Returns

6.1 Quality Standards

All parts are manufactured to meet the specifications provided or industry standard tolerances for the selected process. Dimensional tolerances vary by manufacturing method and are detailed in our process specifications.

6.2 Returns and Remakes

If parts do not meet agreed-upon specifications due to our error, we will remake or refund the order at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with supporting documentation including photos and measurements.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your IP

You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs. We will not use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order without your express written consent.

7.2 Confidentiality

We treat all customer designs and specifications as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.

7.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or are intended for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates this provision.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APIS DYNAMICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apis Dynamics, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
